डेंगू, व अन्य वायरल बीमारियों से मुकाबला

आजकल डेंगू और वाइरल बुखार बहुत भयानक रूप से फैला हुआ है। थोड़ा सा बुखार होते ही लोग घबरा जाते हैं । तरह तरह की अफवाहों के चलते लोग आर्थिक नुकसान उठा रहे हैं। अफवाहों के चलते ही बकरी का दूध 2000 रूपये किलो तक ... बिक रहा है।
डॉ लोग बुरी तरह से लोगो को लूट रहे हैं !जबरदस्ती के मंहगे टेस्ट कराने को लोग मजबूर हो जाते हैं ।
प्लेटलेट्स के टेस्ट पर बिलकुल विश्वास ना करें ।
सामान्यतः हर बुखार में प्लेटलेट्स गिरती ही हैं !!!----------------
देश भर के बड़े बड़े चिकित्सको की सलाह के अनुसार निम्नलिखित बातें हर व्यक्ति को जानना चाहिए !!!
**1--बुखार होने पर लगातार पानी पीते रहे !!
अगर सादा पानी ना पीया जाए ,,तो नारियल पानी ,,शिकंजी ,,,शरबत आदि पीते रहे !!!!!!!,,,,
सबसे अधिक प्रयास बुखार उतारने का करें ,,,,,
पानी की पट्टियां बदलें !!!!

**2-- अगर डेंगू का टेस्ट पोसिटिव भी आया है तो घबराने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है !!!
अगर लगातार पानी पीया जा रहा है और ,,रोगी दो तीन घंटे में पेशाब कर रहा है तो तनिक भी घबराने की आवश्यकता नहीं है !!!!
बिना दवा के भी ,,डेंगू और अन्य वाइरल बुखार एक से डेढ़ हफ्ते में ठीक हो जाता है अगर ,,,रोगी लगातार पानी पीता रहे !!!!!!!!!

**3-- डेंगू में आम तौर पर खतरनाक स्थिति तब नहीं बनती जब तक रोगी को बुखार रहता है ---
-असली ख़तरा बुखार उतरने के बाद बढ़ता है ,,जब रोगी लापरवाही से शारीरिक श्रम करने लगता है ---सावधानी रखें ,,,पूर्ण विश्राम करें ,,,पानी लगातार पीते रहे !!!!!
अगर बुखार के बाद रोगी उठने तक में असमर्थ अनुभव कर रहा है ,,,,जोड़ों में भयानक दर्द अनुभव कर रहा है ,,तो तुरंत चिकित्सक से सलाह लें !!!!!!

**4--अगर उच्च और निम्न रक्तचाप में 40 से अधिक का अंतर आये ,,लगातार पेट में दर्द बना रहे ,,,शरीर पर लाल चकत्ते बन रहे हो तब चिकित्सक से अवश्य परामर्श करें !!!!!!
लेकिन उस अवस्था में भी अगर रोगी लगातार पानी पी रहा है और घंटे दो घंटे में पेशाब करने जा रहा है तो घबराने की तनिक भी आवश्यकता नहीं है !!!!

**5-- गिलोय की बेल लगभग 8 इंच का टुकडा ,,एक गिलास पानी में उबाले ,,,आधा रहने पर रोगी को पिलायें ,,,,अगर पीने में असुविधा हो रही हो तो उसे शरबत में मिला कर पिला दें ,,,लाभ अवश्य होगा !!!!!!

**6-- डेंगू की कोई वेक्सीन नहीं बनी है ,,,इसलिए किसी डॉ के पास धन और समय की बर्बादी ना करें !!!!,,,
,अगर बुखार उतारने के लिए कोई अंगरेजी दवा लेनी ही हो तो केवल "" पेरासीटामोल "" ही लें ,,,अन्य कोई भी दवा किसी भी हालत में ना लें !!!!!
